Paradise Lakefront Home in Hot Springs Village, AR

We are located in the beautiful gated community of Hot Springs Village in Arkansas. Hot Springs Village is 26,000 acres of lakes, golf courses, planned hiking and biking trails, and gorgeous mountain scenery. Just an hour from Little Rock, this beautifully decorated home sits on a private spring-fed lake. You will not want to leave the house, but if you do decide to venture out there are plenty of restaurants, trails, and amenities. Just 30 minutes down the road is historic Hot Springs, AR.



This home is a gorgeous two story home with over 3,100 square feet on the private spring-fed lake Cortez. We are located in the gated community of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. The home is four bedrooms (the Master upstairs at the entry level - A king sized bed) and the other three bedrooms downstairs. The downstairs bedrooms are: The Murphy Bedroom (a queen size Murphy Bed), the Red Room (A queen size bedroom that connects to the downstairs deck), the Bunk Room (a twin bed over full), and the Futon Room (It`s a den connecting the Red and Murphy rooms, but it can be closed off, and used as a bedroom if needed -so that would actually make five rooms if needed (this bed is a full bed). We also have a pull out couch in the upstairs Arkansas Room (Sun Room off the kitchen).



We have two decks that over look the lake. The top deck has a Webber gas grill and seating for your entire group. This deck is off the main den and dining areas. The bottom deck has a cedar porch swing to enjoy the views (this deck is off the Red Room).



We provide a pontoon boat you can rent for your stay on the lake. The boat is parked at our house, so your access is constant. We have a nice boat dock you can sit at (on our dock swing), you can swim off (we have a ladder with access to the water), and where you can enjoy the beautiful views. We also have a FREE two person Tandem Kayak you can use. The lake is private, and most days, you`ll be the only one out there.



* We do provide some water toys and cane fishing poles, as well as fish food.



You will have the entire house, so enjoy the peace, serenity, and beautiful views. The home is peaceful, quiet, and well furnished. We provide most things you will need to cook if you choose to do so.



We are always available. You will have access to the owners during your stay (and before as well) via the phone. If any problems arise, then we have our housekeepers who are nearby to help you immediately. We do not live on the property, so we are not present, but we are responsive to you. You will find a guest book upon your arrival. We also provide maps, things to do, and brochures for you to look at and plan your stay.



Quiet, gated, and peaceful neighborhood. This is a private community, surrounded by hills, trees, and lakes.



There is no public transit in the Village. You can rent a driver in the Village if you like (we have this information at the house). Bike if you are brave (the hills are steep), walk if you want to see the beauty...and drive everywhere else :) Just FYI: We are located less than a half a mile from the Village Fire Department and EMT service (always good to know).



We have all the amenities. DVD, Blue Ray Player, Movies, A Game Closet, some good books if you want to read, ping pong table, foosball, and shuffleboard (in the garage).
