A lovely little boutique hotel. Nice clean rooms. Bathroom was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Dog relief area was perfect. Will definitely stay again when in the area! The gentleman(groundskeeper) was so friendly and helpful. Quick and speedy response from the hosts as well!

Excellent! When we got there, our air conditioner was not working and so inmediatly we were upgraded to another room with no hassels. The employee was very nice and helpful! It was also very quiet. We will definitely stay here whenever we visit Hot Springs. Thank you Gold Inn!
