Stay in the heart of Hot Springs at Harrell House, a beautifully renovated 1937 brick bungalow filled with local character, art, and history. Set on an oversized quiet lot in Historic Uptown Park Avenue, this spacious 3-bedroom, 1.75-bath home is just 1 block from the Pullman Trail and about 1 mile from downtown, Bathhouse Row, Hot Springs National Park Visitor Center, restaurants, galleries, shopping, and spas.
Please note: as part of some Fall 2026 updates, we’ll be refreshing our sheets and blankets, so the bedding may look a little different from the photos while we make these upgrades.
Inside, you’ll find a comfortable blend of vintage charm and modern convenience. The home sleeps up to 6 guests and offers inviting spaces to gather, relax, and recharge after a day of exploring. Enjoy the cozy living room with a Smart TV, Netflix, board games, books, and even a turntable with records, or unwind in the sunny enclosed front porch with coffee and a good book.
The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook at home, whether you’re preparing a full dinner or a quick breakfast before heading out. Guests also enjoy a stylish dining room, a sunny bistro nook, and thoughtful extras like coffee makers, a French press, tea kettle, spices, oils, and pantry basics.
Outside, the fully fenced backyard feels like a private retreat, with mature oak trees, a brick pathway, patio seating, and a gas grill. There’s also generous off-street parking with room for multiple vehicles, boats, trailers, or an RV.
The primary suite features a queen bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, and private en suite bath with a 2-person jetted tub. A second queen bedroom offers a peaceful front-yard view, while the third bedroom doubles as an office with a desk, charging station, and twin daybed with twin trundle. Please note: the third bedroom is a pass-through to the private primary suite, a charming feature typical of homes from this era.
Harrell House is especially well suited for guests who want to experience Hot Springs like a local. Walk or bike to trails, coffee shops, and neighborhood gems, then come home to a quiet, comfortable space that feels both personal and practical. Dog-friendly travelers are welcome too, with up to 3 house-trained dogs allowed and a fully fenced yard for added convenience.
Whether you’re here for hiking, biking, downtown dining, lake days, spa visits, or simply a relaxing getaway, Harrell House offers a memorable home base close to it all.
