Our room was nice and clean but the staff was hit or miss (some helpful, others aloof). The location was a little farther away from places we wanted to visit but we are morning people so we made it work.

Room was clean and mostly quiet, although not very sound proof as I could easily hear noises from the hallway and next door. The breakfast was minimal but sufficient for a quick bite to eat.

This hotel was a very good choice. It was quiet, clean and near a great Mexican food restaurant. We required handicap accessibility and the bath room was the best we have ever had. The setting is a short way out of the city of Hot Springs and very beautiful. And it was affordable!

The staff was so kind and accommodating. We needed one extra spot for my youngest child to sleep and they brought us an extra mattress and sheets and blankets, so she didn’t have to sleep on the floor. Very sweet. We appreciated them going above and beyond.
