This condo has everything you would need for a perfect getaway. Comfortable furnishings, king size bed, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. All you need to bring is your clothes, personal items and sense of adventure. This is a perfect place for a romantic getaway or girls weekend. There is so many things to do in Hot Springs. The condo complex is gated and right on the water with a relaxing swimming pool overlooking the lake, you also have access to a game/exercise room, tennis courts, gas and wood grills with outdoor seating, and large clean laundry facilities if you need to do any while you are staying. There are several good restaurants close by and some good food trucks also. Oaklawn Racing and Gaming is just 4.3 miles from here and downtown is a mile further.

Very clean, wonderfully decorated, great pool

I really enjoyed staying at Valerie’s condo. It was even better than the photos. Valerie left a welcome gift on the kitchen counter which was so thoughtful. The bedding was soft, clean, and there was tons of extra blankets and pillows. The bathroom was stocked with towels, soaps, a hairdryer and more. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings, the blue chairs were adorable and comfortable! The space is just really well decorated and cared for! I’m a picky person and a clean freak, and I was totally happy and comfortable in the space. Thank you!

The host was easily reached before the trip. The condo was perfect. We were close to the bypass and this gives access to the rest of Hot Springs easily. We enjoyed the freedom to come and go. The best part was “our private little beautiful place”! It was perfect!

Very enjoyable, relaxing and peaceful. Our last night there was a tornado in the area and the tornado alarms and communication outside was loud and very clear. We spent some of the night in the stairwell with other guests safe and now we have a story to tell.
