The master has a King bed with master bath and whirlpool tub, while the second bedroom has a king bed with access to the full size bathroom. The gorgeous living room features a pull out Queen . Enjoy a large flat screen TV in the living area and master bedroom. The full size kitchen comes fully appointed to cover all of your cooking needs. You will have full access to all of the Resort amenities including the newly refurbished 9 hole gorgeous mini-golf, Cabana hot tub room and game room with billiards and ping pong, tennis, pickle ball and basketball. The Cabana and lakefront pools are closed for the season. This unit is centrally located off of 7 South close to many restaurants and water fun. Oaklawn Race Track and Casino is only 5 miles away and Magic Springs is 14 miles away! This resort is the perfect spot for anyone looking for a fun time in Hot Springs!

There are only 2 beds

Most property details list how many and what size beds will be in each room. This property looks like it has 3 kings, however, there are only 2. We made it work and had a good time.

Perfect for us

This condo was PERFECT for our needs. The location was just a small drive away from all of our “must do’s” while in town. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We were able to walk down to the waters edge and fish. The condo was freshly remodeled and had everything that we could have needed inside! If we find ourself back in Hot Springs, this is definitely where we will rebook.

Clean and comfortable. A bit older on the outside, but renovated on the inside. Cabana was locked most of the time.
