Welcome to our First Floor Lakefront Condo on beautiful Lake Hamilton. Two bedroom, 2 bath condo on the main level with a fabulous view to enjoy your morning coffee or evening sunset. Situated in the desired 7 South part of Lake Hamilton. Just minutes away from Bathhouse Row, Oaklawn, Casino, Garvin Gardens, Groceries, Wal-Mart & tons on restaurants and shopping. Enjoy fishing from the dock, laying out, or floating on a raft. Or if you prefer take a dip in the pool and enjoy a lounge chair as you soak up the sun. We offer Fast WIFI for all your devises & streaming channels on the smart TV. We have a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. We also offer a traditional coffee maker along with coffee, cream, and artificial sweetener. A a washer and dryer are in the unit for any of your laundry needs. Both bathrooms offer towels, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. We also have a boat slip available upon request. There is an additional $50 fee for the boat slip. Please verify it is available prior to booking. The master bedroom has a King bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. There is a futon in the
den. There is an assigned covered parking for one vehicle. Additional parking available by the pool. We do allow a maximum of 2 SMALL dogs, with a $100 pet fee, but they must be NON SHEDDING ( no exceptions) You must be 25 to book and stay during the entire trip. This is a non smoking unit. That includes any and all smoking. Lol. We do not allow parties or unauthorized guest. Quite hours are from 9pm to 9am. We look forward to hosting you. This is personally my favorite property and I will live here when I retire!! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!

Lake Hamilton is a very pretty lake and the space is nice in the house. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The driveway is a little tight since this house is behind another one and not visible from the road. Nice to a dock available very close to the house! Swimming sign on dock warning about electrical shock and to swim at your own risk was not very inviting.

Lovely home base for Hot Springs stay

enjoyed a lovely stay with our family of 5 and pup.Easy and clear instructions for arrival -and then the condo was just as expected, everything clean and in working order. Kids enjoyed the flamingo bathroom theme! Our stay was short, but left us wishing it was a few more days!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We are originally from Hot Springs and visit annually and this is probably our favorite property yet. Everything was in working order and we liked the open concept for visiting with family. The condo has everything you will likely need for your stay and is located in a nice, quiet area.

This is the perfect place in every way. Walk in condo. On the water. Great view of the main channel between Long Island and Point Lookout. Very easy to get to anywhere in Hot Springs you want to go. This is not a tiny condo. Plenty of room and all amenities you could want. Clean. Comfortable bed. Large kitchen. I could go on and on. This will be our choice from now on. Wish I owned it rather than Karen :)
