Starlight is two brand-new luxury condos joined by double doors, right on Lake Hamilton. Six spacious bedrooms each have a private bathroom, and two fully equipped kitchens make it easy to prepare meals for large groups. Your stay also includes a private boat slip for direct lake access, so there's no need to trailer your boat during your getaway.
Step outside to enjoy a gas fire pit, the community's infinity-edge pool, or one of several private balconies overlooking the lake. Whether you're enjoying coffee in the morning or watching the sunset over Lake Hamilton, there are plenty of places to take in the views.

Please note that the bunk room is located on the lower level and does not have a door.

🚧 Nearby Construction
There is currently active construction on the property next door. Our space remains fully functional, clean, and comfortable, but guests may experience some audible construction noise during standard daytime working hours. We appreciate your understanding while this work is underway.
*** We ask that you electronically sign our rental agreement within 48 HOURS of booking. An authorization for a security deposit is also required. The signature and government ID must match the first and last name on the reservation and the name on the credit card you have on file. ***

The community pool is not heated and is only open during the summer season. The pool is owned and maintained by the POA/HOA of the complex and is not managed by Overnight Digs. If you experience an issue with the pool, we can reach out to the POA/HOA on your behalf.
Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year. The refill of the lake begins between March 1st and March 8th and is scheduled to be completed by March 15th.
We kindly ask guests to ensure that all trash is securely placed in the street cans with no loose trash. Please do not roll the trash cans back to the house; they should remain on the street to avoid a $100 fine.
Please be aware of the local wildlife around the property, including deer, bears, snakes, and geese. While these animals are a beautiful part of the natural surroundings, please keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside, and use caution when walking around the property.
