Unit 10 is a beautifully decorated condo on Lake Hamilton's lake front. Parking level condo, just steps to lakeside. BOAT SLIP AVALIABLE. Great view, lovely cove for swimming and fishing. King size bed in bedroom and two comfy twin air beds, great for children. Two full baths allow this condo to sleep 2 couples very comfortably. Condo is equipped with a Well stocked kitchen, fully stocked laundry in Unit, Smart tv's with Hulu Live in both rooms, and High Speed Internet.

Enjoy a glass of wine on the patio while watching the evening sunset, or check out Oaklawn Horse Racing and Casino or Downtown Hot Springs, both are very close by. Many Great Dinning and Night Life options very close to the Condo.

The lake is great for boating, kayaking, water skiing, and tubing. Unit comes with a designated Boat Slip. Find one of the many lake coves for swimming or swim right out your back door in a great quiet cove.

Our Historic downtown offers boutique shopping, Craft Brewery, great restaurants (Rooftop at Waters Hotel offers great views), hot springs baths, massages and facials as well as some great pubs and music venues.

Our condo is nicely furnished and very comfortable. It is in a 20 unit complex with plenty of parking. If you have had enough of the sun and outdoors, relax with a movie on TV. Enjoy a stroll in Historic Bathhouse Row or press your luck at Oaklawn Horse Racing and Casino, both a short drive away. High speed Wireless Internet provided.

the condo was clean and Brian was great at getting the TV going for us. He called Karen ? and she came to the condo and fixed the problem so we could watch TV. The view was beautiful overlooking Lake Hamilton. we will definently be back next April. Stayed here for the last 3 years. Found the ideal place for my husband and myself.Thank you Brian for allowing us to stay there again.

The condo was perfect for us, and had everything we needed. The view is so relaxing and peaceful. The only downside we could come up with is the icemaker dropping ice during the night, but the mattress is so comfy, so you fall right back to sleep. If you’re not used to hearing it, you may want to sleep with the bedroom door closed. We will hopefully get back to visit again.

Lake was great. Convenient to parks and activities. Pet-friendly, but need to secure area especially along the road. Clean, except items under couch and beds that small pets find. I would come back again!

The view was great! The drive to downtown was short! Overall, it was a very cute little condo for two! We only had a couple of issues. The showers would not turn on, and we had to take baths. There was hair on several places, but I think it could’ve belonged to the last cleaning lady. The living room furniture is worn but functional.

Lakehouse get-a-way.

Great stay. Nice place. Very clean. Didn’t have hot water though. Owner came over to address, had hot water for a while, but no hot water the next morning. Perhaps owner just needs to have someone come out to take a look at the hot water heater.

Cute and clean!

Overall it was great! Really clean, no problems. I will say the parking for boat trailers was a little complicated but we made it work. If you have a large boat trailer, it’s a really tight squeeze! But the location and ease of everything was great! Also I thought by description it had a king bed and a twin but it only has 1 king bed, not a problem though because our daughter just piled in with us.

I probably wouldn’t stay here again because it has the lowest water pressure I’ve ever experienced. It was so bad that I couldn’t get the conditioner out of my hair.

We loved our stay. The condo was very clean. Amazing layout. Felt so big. Cant beat being right on the lake. Had everything you could need. I will mention for girls with thick hair be prepared the water pressure in the shower is terrible. Wonderful place. Will definitely stay again. Book it you wont regret it.

Above and Beyond – We’ll Definitely Be Back!

I cannot give this experience less than 5 stars, and here’s why. From the start, the property manager was very responsive and remained that way throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were effortless. The apartment was clean, and well-organized, and included thoughtful touches that made our stay more enjoyable than expected. For example, there was a baby crib/playpen. Although I didn’t travel with a baby, my 4-year-old—who is on the smaller side due to being born very prematurely—slept comfortably in it. A foam topper was also provided for the air mattresses, which helped my very particular 8-year-old sleep soundly. I even fell asleep on one because it was surprisingly comfortable!There were more than enough supplies: paper towels, toilet paper, beach towels, pillows, utensils, laundry detergent—you name it. I never got the impression the host was cutting corners. I appreciated having two bathrooms, especially when more than one person needed to go at the same time. The balcony being accessible from both the main bedroom and the living room was a nice touch. The area was very quiet, especially at night. We only stayed two nights, so I can’t speak to what summer is like, but that doesn’t affect my rating. The internet was briefly down due to an area-wide outage, but the host stayed responsive about that too. We will be back and hopefully in unit 10!Our transit passenger van was easy to maneuver in the parking lot, and parking was easily accessible to and from.
