- Lake Hamilton gets their water levels drawn down 3-5 feet every year for maintenance during November 1st -March 1st. This may effect the water level at this property and the ability fish and/or swim around the property.

- Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras located facing the driveway in front and facing the boat dock in back. There are absolutely no cameras in the interior of the home.
