Great view. Hot tub is right off the deck. Stunning view of the lake. 15 minute drive from downtown hot springs. Bed was comfortable and the shower was nice.

Very nice place! We enjoyed our stay. The only con was there was dog hair everywhere and it seemed like it had not been vacuumed up, but overall we loved it! The view was nice and it very close to everything.

This is an amazing cottage in the lake. Views are beautiful and the place is immaculate. Attention to detail on all the amenities provided were fantastic. I also love that it is Gated and private. The grounds were also impeccable. Thank you for the precise instructions, we had a wonderful and memorable birthday!

Our stay was amazingly perfect! The studio condo was clean, smelled good, decorated very cute, and had the perfect amenities. Large television, storage for clothes and belongings, a full kitchen equipped and stocked with coffee, an amazing view of the lake, games, WiFi, a beautiful outdoor area with seating to overlook the lake and a hot tub! I couldn’t recommend this more! We will definitely be returning as it was the perfect weekend getaway for my birthday!

We really enjoyed our stay @ the condo. It had everything we needed .The place was spotless and the perfect size. We spent a lot of time on the deck and ate all our meats outside. The Lake view was so beautiful at sunset.

Great location just minutes from commerce yet quiet and peaceful. Easy access to Hot Springs activities. Property is exactly like pictures show-no unpleasant surprises. We loved it!

A beautiful getaway

Host were amazing, property was beautiful, view spectacular, would definitely stay here again and tell others about. Location was great to everything we wanted to do. If I had to ask for anything to change it would be the bed , I love a soft bed but this was way to soft and one of us ended up sleeping in the chair. But would still stay here again because of the property and niceness of host.

The view was beautiful and the condo itself feels very private I like being on the second floor because the balcony was awesome, the hot tub was awesome as well as all the windows so you could take it the view from the inside. It Resembles a studio apartment which I wasn’t expecting but I loved the layout. The only thing was that there isn’t a dishwasher and there weren’t any sponges to clean the dishes with either. Upon arrival I went to grab a clean dish from the cabinet and there were particles of food in a lot of them so before using them I had to clean them. The fridge also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was plenty of coffee and condiments though and lots of fresh towels. I’d stay again but I’d make sure to pack some sponges.

Just a getaway

We were so pleasantly surprised! So often we have been somewhat "catfished" by the pictures of a location. This location was every bit as pleasant as the pictures and even more! It is remote yet 5 minutes from food and wal-mart. The views are absolutely tranquil, the cottage was very clean and had all necessities. There were freshly planted flowers in all the flower pots. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Dissatisfied

The initial instructions were sufficient until I read the closing remark about resetting the internet. Red flag. No one talks about the resolution to a problem if the problem does not already exist. If it does already exist, why isn’t it fixed? So we looked around for a deck of cards (none) then ended up at Walmart then spent our time staying out of the rain and playing cards. The sun came out and we very much enjoyed our time while we were out of the unit. So our fun was not in any way connected to our lodging. Sad. You really need to get your Wi-Fi fixed and put new batteries in your AC remote. We got those at Walmart also. Yes we took them with us so you still new batteries. Long story short we left a day early and would appreciate a refund.

This was a great place to stay overall. The only gripes I had it wasn’t super clean. Windows were dirty, spiderwebs everywhere etc. the view definitely made up for that a little bit. Would stay here again still!
