really enjoyed my stay while down there very centrally located about 20 minutes from bath House row and there's a lot of stuff to do in that area 10 minutes from Oaklawn racing and casino really couldn't complain about the staff they were real nice and I really enjoyed my time there

Breakfast was good but crowded, we had to sit outside to eat. We liked havng laminate flooring in our room rather than carpet, it felt much cleaner. Shower was adequate, the shower bypass leaked so lots of shower water continued to come through the tub faucet. Room was spacious, quiet, bed very comfortable, wifi & tv worked well. Stairs from libby to our room on floor 2 had very loose hand rails, & stair carpet & hall hair need an update. Overall a very positive stay in a very basic but comfortable room.

The staff were helpful in this situation. A guest I booked at this hotel experienced bed bugs in their room. I relocated them to another hotel and was refunded for the stay the remainder of the visit and discounted the first night.

Park was close by which was great. Only downside carpet in the Hall on second floor not even. This is a fall risk for all. We would stay here again and recommend. Long-term Health care administration for thirty years. Please fix the carpet.

For an older hotel, this one was very clean. Little disappointed to not have some of the amenities that I’m used to such as usb ports built-in to fixtures. No hand towels were provided, and only three washcloths and three bath towels, and there were three of us in the room. The flooring was vinyl planks instead of carpet, which was very nice because I felt like it was so much cleaner. Beds are very firm. Pillows are very comfy.
