The bed was awful. The mattress was very stiff and one side had a dip in it. The shower had a handrail missing and water was flowing who knows where.

We did not stay in the room due to the condition. All the “wood” furniture in the room was peeling. The sheets had dirt in the them, the bathtub had dirt in it, the bathroom floor was dirty and the “clean” towel had hair in it. Thankfully the lady at the front desk was so understanding and canceled the room for me. It has to be a known problem because she never even questioned how bad it was. She just seemed to know.

Very dirty and out dated. Ice machine, vending machine, drink dispenser in breakfast area ALL OUT OF ORDER. AC wouldn’t stay working in our room. First time the male worker came from the front desk he was nice and tried to help. When we brought the problem to his attention again he was rude and disrespectful. He burped in another guests face and chuckled. We come to this area often and have marked this hotel “do not stay” as it was the worst room we have ever stayed in.

They had no control over what was going on at the hotel. The guest was hanging out front with loud music and smoking marijuana. Wasn’t a good look on the hotel.

Staff and room were great. Other guests were partying and loud. Woken up five times for loud partying and doors slamming. As we went to check in there was also a guest out front smoking dope. Next morning a couple guests drinking and loud at 9am!

We stayed 2 nights, not booked together but we decided to stay because we had a great day but didn't finish what we wanted. Both nights our check one were fast and convenient. Our rooms were clean. The hotel was quite for being very busy with a baseball team. Breakfast was good with many options.
