Great place to stay, but if you’re bringing a boat, only one parking spot for a large condo plex. The boat launch is a few miles via water & drive away. Over all of it wasn’t for the ants coming to visit every night in the kitchen, this place was amazing! Great hosts!

Overall our stay was wonderful!!Only “drawback” was having a place to park our boat trailer during our visit. It was very nice having a covered boat slip to leave the boat while there. Easily accessible from the condo.

Great location and just about everything we needed. The view was just like the picture. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby and not a long drive to Hot Springs. We watched blue herons, turtles, ducks and other wildlife from the patio after a day of adventure in Hot Springs. We would stay again.

This really is the best lake view of any condo we’ve stayed at in Hot Springs! The place was roomy and comfortable. The balcony is larger than most, extending from the living room to the primary bedroom. It had everything we needed! We will definitely be back!
