This hotel has new management and they are rapidly upgrading the property. The pool and hot tub are open, new flooring, and even the parking lot is being resurfaced. The manager is super friendly and even gave me an upgraded room! A great place to stay in Hot Springs.

Great amenities, clean and spacious rooms, a fun pool area for kids, and a relaxing hot tub for everyone. Breakfast was very good, especially the buttery scrambled eggs and flavorful coffee. Shah at the front desk, who is also the owner, was very kind and dedicated. Strongly recommend!!!

Great place to stay ! We were traveling from Florida to California and stopped for the night. The room was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff made us feel right at home. The manager shared some great local recommendations, and the pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day on the road. Everything was well maintained, and the hospitality was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again !

We stayed here before the new owners took over, and the difference is unbelievable. They completely transformed the property from top to bottom. The amenities are excellent, everything feels fresh and well maintained, and the breakfast is much better than before. It’s like an entirely new hotel, and we will definitely be back.
