Do not ever stay at this hotel, no refrigerator or microwave. Nothing was as it said on website.very disappointing place, did not even have a coffee pot in the room or a place on premises to get a cup.

Great, helpful staff! Nice pool. Convenient location, just off downtown Hot Springs. The room itself though…mid. Few tv channels, no mini fridge or hairdryer, holes (from cigarettes?) in comforters. Mostly though, the loiters. Felt somewhat more like an apartment complex than a hotel.

Initially I felt like it was a bad place but once I checked in I realized they had residents (long term) I parked the office staff asked and my car was hit by another person staying. They did locate me and make sure I was aware, very polite but parking is horrible. It is loud but I am not a city person either.

The lady that checked me in was rude,there was no fridge or microwave,the floors was dirty, couldn't watch anything on the TV, remote was broke,l would not recommend this for anyone,had to get help from the office to open the door when we left and came back because the door would jam😡

Rooms weren’t cleaned well. There was no microwave or fridge. Floor was sticky. Roomed smelled. Outlets were old and loose. Staff was nice and the fact we had free access to ice was a help. Only cameras were by the office. Doors didn’t work smoothly.

Absolutely scary to stay at. Should had turned around but I believed the pics. And missed the cancelation window. Holes in walls. Hair on comforter.. remote broken. Plugs taped over. Fridge not plugged in. Extension cord to plug in lamp from across floor. People sitting out front of their rooms till 1am. I slept with a knife under my pillow. And barricaded the door eith furniture. Especially since it only had 1 flemisy lock on it. Bed was rock hard.

The room is very clean for a reasonable price. I dont know about other rooms but mine didn't have a microwave or refrigerator in the room. But they have a microwave inside the office that guests can use. The staff here are always welcoming, friendly and respectful. . I feel safe thats why i support them..
