I really lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly and service was generally good. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that we were on the first floor above the restaurant and we were disturbed by the noise of tables and chairs being move around when the restaurant closed and then before breakfast as they were dragged around.

The most friendly and helpful staff I have ever experienced. It was really a pleasure and there wasn't a thing they didn't want to help with. I got help with portable air conditioning, charger for my labtop, etc. I give my best recommendations.

My stay was spoiled by getting a closing Bill that mis-represented the amount i had pre-paid (by more than 50 euros) and also changed the price of the room --- so there were two errors on the bill and i was significantly overcharged. It then took about an hour of my time at reception to sort this out.

Okay hotel. The Food is fine. The staff so so. The swimmingpool area was heated by a very noisy heater that dominated the room. The sauna Area was COLD and the changing facilities were not good and practical. People therefor walked in and out with outdoor shoes in the shower area. There were no hooks and seats in the changing boxes and no towels. This is not up to standard.

All'arrivo ci danno la chiave, arriviamo in camera e la troviamo sporca, letti disfatti, asciugamani in terra, quindi per scusarci ci hanno assegnato una deluxe vista lago. Molto ampia, non pulitissima, ma vedere l'alba sul lago è bellissimo. Bagni pulito e moderno. In stanza manca il frigorifero. Colazione a buffet discreta, ottima vista anche da qui. Hotel molto rilassante. È stata una meta solo per spezzare il viaggio ma se volete soggiornare a Horst dovete sapere che non offre molto. Meglio stabilirsi a Venray.

Zeer mooi hotel, gelegen in een prachtige omgeving. Zeer mooie kamer met prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Mooie wandeling doorheen de bosrijke omgeving kunnen maken. Ontbijt was minder, het ontvangst door de dame was niet zo goed, zij zei zo goed als niets en zij verstond ons niet. Het brood dat mijn echtgenoot nam was niet vers en ook uitgedroogd, weinig keuze. Alsook het broodje met rozijnen was niet vers en heel plat geduwd.
