The constant whisper of the surf, the lighthouse beam casting its light across the terrace at regular intervals, and the scent of Sylt roses create a truly memorable experience—the feeling of being at one with nature. Yet it’s very centrally located, with shopping, a golf course, and the harbor nearby.

Like little swallows’ nests, this residential complex is situated in a central location in Hörnum, yet right in the middle of the dunes.

Amrum and Föhr are within sight and can be visited almost daily by boat. If the seals aren’t right on your doorstep, trips to the offshore seal colonies are also offered, along with many other activities centered around the sea.
