Geschmackvolle Wohnungseinrichtung mit ausreichend Stauraum. Zeitgemäße sehr gute Unterhaltungselektronik. Küche hervorragende und originelle Ausstattung. Insgesamt eine überdurchschnittlich durchdachte Beleuchtung aller Räumlichkeiten. Das ganze Ambiente auch mit Blick auf die zunehmend älteren Gäste abgestimmt, jedoch mit jugendlichem Flair kombiniert. Das Bad ist ausreichend eingerichtet, wobei die Dusche rutschfest, mit Klappsitz und fast auslaufsicher gestaltet worden ist. Die Buchungsmodali= täten, Schriftwechsel und Service wie bisher nicht zu überbieten.

Die Betreuung bei Buchung und sonst okay. Mich stört etwas die Bearbeitungsgebühr und der Posten Reinigung. Bei Frau Zorn war das inklusive! Vielleicht sind neue Verhandlungen ja erfolgreich. Wenn die Baustelle neben dem Eingang zu Ende ist, könnte dort eine Mini-Terrasse zum Frühstücken angelegt werden. [ein kleiner Tisch und 2 Stühle] Wenn die Sachen nicht benutzt werden, müssten sie mit einer stabilen Sicherung gesichert werden. So etwas ist bei Haus 3 mit einer Bank angelegt. MfG Jens Bönning
