After arrival the room was pretty cold. When we got up at 3 am the heating was off and it was freezing cold. Not pleasant when it’s December. The room also needs a bit of cleaning. Convenient location as it’s close by the train station, one stop from Gatwick airport.

Immaculate bed-and-breakfast! Quiet but within walking distance of a village with pubs and restaurants. Owner/proprietor was extremely polite and helpful. This establishment even offered transport to London Gatwick for less than the price of an average taxi! 5 Stars all the way around!

No stairs; easy access; very large room; wonderful dining and pub experiences within two minutes walking. We had no car. Flew in to Gatwick to continue on to Southampton for a cruise. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!

House is beautiful but could use some updating inside especially rooms. Altho bath was great, already updated. Staff was friendly but got upset that we disnt order breakfast or use their car service to the airport because it was no included and was expensive for being 5 mins to the Gatwick airport.

This is an excellent guest house in a very leafy nice area, yet 5 minutes drive to the airport. If I’m going to Gatwick again I would look first for a room here
