I had to catch an early flight from Gatwick Airport and chose the hotel for location. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, the staff, the amenities and the convenience. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is searching for 5 star accommodations near the airport, which is rare to find.

I had a problem with the hotel shuttle I did not take my ATM card with me for personal reasons,and the bus driver would not take cash so I had to pay £20 pounds taxi fee to the hotel
