Such a warm and helpful welcome - this may be a large airport hotel but the service is definitely more boutique hotel. Air con in room was fabulous - was actually too cold for the first time in 6 weeks! Breakfast was delicious - good coffee and plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient location to Gatwick airport. Our family room has probably been vacant for a while since we could see the dust on the small table and on the surface where the kettle was. However, our overall stay have been pleasant, staff friendly and helpful. Room was decent for the price.

Great breakfast, good variety and quality on offer. Only issue was the inevitable sounds of people waking and leaving through the early hours to catch flights etc..... this is to be expected, but woke us up constantly. Soundproofing could be better.

1st time at this Hotel and it wont be the last rooms were comfortable and had kettles iron and board ,hair dryer All staff really friendly and helpful. Food was amazing and not too far to town in a taxi or bus. Hopper bus stops right outside the door too

The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful. My one complaint is that there was a scratching noise in the walls, I think it was probably the pipes but it made it sound like there was a rodent or pest in the walls.
