Room, beds, towels, kettle, linens were all great. Might want to clean the bathroom fan, was very plugged with dust. Backyard needed some mowing and trimming, but we did find a patio set to sit and have morning coffee. Very close to the airport! Lovely neighborhood!

Room was clean, comfortable and had all the basics needed. The ensuite shower room was clean and everything worked as it should. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent for easy access to Gatwick, only a five minute bus journey to the North Terminal. There is a good pub, less than ten minutes walk away and a petrol station/convenience store nearby. The price was also very good for a late booking. The only negative was some noise from the room next door as the walls are quite thin. Overall a good choice for a budget stay near to Gatwick.

Basic but clean and did the job for 1 night. Good access to local restaurants. No hand towels in the private bathroom, however ones for showering were provided, frdge located in the room was quite noisy . Very well located for catching bus to and from Gatwick, (couple of minutes walk) which runs 24 hours, making it really convenient for very early morning flight.

I have stayed at this property on two occasions due to its convenient transport links to Gatwick Airport. While my second stay initially met expectations, I was extremely concerned to discover a large bed bug on the bed as I was preparing to check out. The insect appeared to have recently fed, which explains the persistent itching I experienced throughout the night. This raises serious hygiene and health concerns, and I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

Prior to our stay, Contact with Hotel was positive and quickly responded too. Check in was quick and room was ready upon arrival. Although the room was small it was adequate for a short nights stay before a very early flight. It was approx 8 mins drive to Gatwick long stay car park.

The guest house just needs some attention to details. The blind didn't shut properly. The heating was on and there was no way of turning it off. The lamp trailed across the wall so it was a hazard. It was just for one night and the bed was comfortable and I used the tea making facilities so it did the job but wouldn't return.
