I came here with my children. The only reason we chose this hotel was for the pool. I spoke to the staff the day prior to check in and she reassured me the pool was open and heated. We got there, it was open, but it was freezing. Our room was terrible. I have several pictures of items that were on the bed. Some including hair from previous guests, food under the sheets, and some other materials/items that I can not even pinpoint what they could be. There were white stains all over the couch. And as an adult, I can only imagine what they were. I had to move the nightstand to retrieve my daughter’s glasses after they had fallen and there was trash underneath the nightstand. As if the cleaning crew hadn’t seen it or even bothered to move it to check. Paint was literally falling off the wall and there were orange/red stains all over one of the comforters. It was actually a really disgusting stay and I wasn’t pleased at all. I also tried to pop some popcorn in the microwave which ended up not working at all. Our bathroom door couldn’t be closed because you couldn’t open it from inside. Someone had to be outside the door to open it for you. There were no towels in the pool area and the bathrooms were locked. There was a tampon on the floor of the pool area. Breakfast was subpar. We arrived at 7 am. And there was no bacon/sausage or eggs. The waffle maker mix had to me asked for and was then placed in little cups inside of the fridge. All in all, I will not return to this hotel.

Booked the hotel for a night as we passed thru town, was specifically looking for one with a pool for the family to use. However when we went to look at the pool it was dark and dingy. The water looked like it was a strange dark color and the floor around it was dirty. Needless to say we didn’t use it. The walls in the bedroom were super dirty and definitely need to be cleaned but the linens looked fine so that was good.
