The sofa bed mattress in the room was not in good condition. There was no proper bedding available for the sofa bed; there was only one sheet, and it was stained with what appeared to be blood. The people in the room above us made noise until the early morning hours. We requested a room change due to the condition of the sofa bed, but we were told there were no other rooms available and that they could only replace it with another sofa bed from a different room. We also spent a day without hot water. Housekeeping never came to the room, and the overall appearance of the room was dirty.

The hallway had a really bad odor. The breakfast didn't have any drink options aside from coffee. The food was inedible. This place is in serious need of a deep clean.

The staff was very nice. Unfortunately the hotel is very run down though. There was no water pressure in the shower because the shower head was clogged up and calcified and the water was lukewarm. I had the water turned all the way on the hot side and it was not hot in any way. The shower floor was soft as well like the floor was rotted. The hallway on my floor was never cleaned the duration of my stay. There was a lot of white debris all over the hallway. There were stains all over the carpet as well. The a/c worked really well so at least my room was cold. I was just disappointed that the hotel did not look as nice and clean as the pictures. But the staff was very nice the entire stay.
