The room was not what I call clean, carpet was nasty the ugly green cover on the bed did not look like it had been washed. the bathroom and bathroom sink had stains. There was stuff on the walls, not sure what it was I wasn't touching it. I would NEVER stay here again. Thank goodness it was just one night.

The staff was very nice. The room was clean. A minor repair was needed in the bathroom for the shelf by the sink. I would stay here again.

There was zero heat in room they changed me rooms and that room had no heat on a 30 degree night was there an hr and they refused to give me a refund saying i used the room DONT STAY HERE compkete garbage

Check in was horrible. My husband went in to check in and the person that checked him in said since we had 4 adults he would have to pay more. When he told me, I was furious. He went back in and showed her that our reservation was for 4 adults, and told her there had been no problems with this the whole trip. After much haggling she agreed to refund the money. Don't know if it has been done yet. We have never had this issue with a hotels.com reservation.
