In a charming village, a fully renovated farmhouse, located 400m from the small fishing port of Kérascoët in the commune of L'Hôpital Camfrout. L'Hôpital Camfrout is a commune situated at the end of the Brest harbor, near Landerneau (17km away), on the expressway between Brest (25km away) and Quimper (50km away) and at the entrance to the Crozon peninsula. You can swim on the pebble beaches of the commune at Tibidy and Kerdriolet and on the beaches of the Crozon peninsula. Coastal paths and hiking trails are available in the surrounding area. The house is located on the edge of a road leading to the port, with a small garden in front of the house featuring a Terrace, equipped with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, private parking space. On the first floor of the house: living room, lounge, WC, fitted kitchen (freezer, refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, oven, dishwasher). Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms, one with a 160x190 cm bed and the other with a 140x190 cm bed and a wardrobe, 1 attic bathroom with a 110x90 cm shower, washbasin, WC, towel warmer, hairdryer.
