"Staff was rude and unprofessional. For whatever reason they argued with me about my address on my ID, even after i tried to explain that I had recently moved and hadn't updated my DL quite yet, but the credit card I used is in fact my own (hence my name on the card). When i offered to use an alternate card (one that still had my old address on file, to match my DL) he refused. When i offered my husbands DL and credit card (that have current and matching adresses) he refused. When i asked for an explination all he would say is that its the "motel policy" weird, because when i booked the room online i didnt see any mention of ANY policy regarding guest addresses listed on their req'd ID.... sounds alot like some shady made up BS to me"

"Yikes! First off, did not get anywhere close to the room I thought I booked. The room smelled like cigarettes and was freezing cold. The smoke alarm had a plastic bag wrapped around it for the smokers they must let in! We asked the worker about the heat so he turned it up on his end because my husband complained. It took a very long time to get the room half decent and one of the 2 old heaters did not work at all! The room was in pretty scabby shape. Walls had damage and everything dated. No hairdryer even. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable. No extra blankets so thank god I brought some from home or I would have froze to death. Also, there was blood on the corner of the wall in our room. 😳 This motel proves you get what you pay for and in Hope there are many like this…."
