The clerk was wonderful and our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was much appreciated, had a decent selection, and the attendant was friendly and responsive to requests/needs. The parking lot and surrounding property wasn’t stellar, but was fine for a one-night stay.

The staff employee was very nice. The hotel however is falling into disrepair. The rooms were dirty. The towels looked like they were used. The light fixtures need to be replaced.

The room was clean so no complaints there and hotels are about the room right? But my medium 3 star rating is because of the getto attitude of the desk clerk and the fact she put in in a room at the very back when there were lots of rooms up front where I felt my car and belonging were much safer. The "breakfast Room" seemed to be free food for any local that walked in. Why do I care? Because a portion of my room rent goes to pay for this and the price of this hotel is higher than a lot of other much nicer hotels in the same chain. The fact I did not feel my car and belongings were safe led me to just leave after the first night and just forfeit the remainder of my prepaid stay. P.S. The lady in the Breakfast Room was hard working and super nice and respectful of everyone. (credit where credit is due right?)

This is the 6th year in a row we have stayed at this hotel. We travel with our dog and the fact that you have direct access to the outside is a huge plus for us. The rooms are always clean, smell great, and the beds are very comfy! Great place for the price.

They stay in Hope was fine, but I tried to book the weekend at your hotel in Hot Springs Arkansas and could not make it and now I’m out almost $700 and never stayed in the rooms. I don’t think I’ll ever book with hotels.com or with best Western ever again I just threw $700 out the window. Thank you very little. Have a blessed day.

Picked this place from other reviews. There are only so many to choose from in the area so you pay way too much for what you get. High points, staff checking in and out were very nice. Now the downside…. Room bathroom was bad. Hair on the floor, slow draining tub/shower, no body soap in the container in the shower. The floor in the room was nasty….my slippers on the bottom were so dirty and they were clean when I came in. Thank goodness I brought them because you would not want to have bare feet on the floor. Good points again… The bed however, looked clean and was comfortable with lots of pillows. Temperature of the room on arrival was comfortable also.
