room and clean and spacious. used the pool and hottub and they were great. Downside is that this is right by the train station and the highway and is a bit loud. Definitely was happy to have a sound machine to dampen the noise

It was not one thing: - two queen room the one Bed had a whole so it was not comfortable to sleep in. - luggage rack for suit case in room broke hardware broken - the Luggage dolly you use from main lobby had two flat Tires. - construction on 4th floor remolding ok with (we are on 3rd floor) was told work starts at 9-5. Had rotted hammering and work started at 8:00 - the heater/ac unit made a high pitch sound when running. So to make it so we could sleep we did not turn it on and the room got Hot during night and we did not dare turn AC unit on. Price per night @ $175 you think it would be a better hotel. Really felt like this was terrible. We stayed at this same hotel about a month ago and that is why we decided the extra money would be wonderful. Beds were wonderful wife loved them and she love the pillows and we stayed on the river side and it was very quiet. We were on the highway side this time and the traffic noise was terrible on the second night but each night we had police sirens that woke us up.

The room was ready early for us after driving from Boise. It was nice to relax for a few hours before riding the Polar Express - such a close walk, we didn't need the pre-paid parking and the employee at the front desk was helpful. The room was spacious and we appreciated the extra room.
