Located on the ground floor, it offers: - a kitchen with refrigerator, freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine - a living room with wood stove and WIFI - a bathroom, - 3 bedrooms (3 140 cm beds), - a separate toilet. - reversible climate control. The exterior consists of land partially enclosed by a 1500m² hedge with garden furniture, barbecue, garage, courtyard. Agricultural production: vines, corn, fattened ducks in winter, visit to the cellar and discovery of the still. Possibility of baby bed on request.

A kitchen is outfitted with a stovetop, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower.
