Waikiki Grand Hotel is undergoing a building-wide plumbing renovation from July through December 15, 2026. Work takes place Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Guests may experience drilling noise, dust, limited access to certain areas, and other temporary inconveniences.

We apologize for the inconvenience. To thank you for your understanding, we are offering a 10% discount on your total room rate only, excluding taxes and other fees.

PARKING

- Parking is $40 + tax/day
- Compact or midsize cars are recommended.
- Oversized vehicles, large SUVs, and trucks are not suitable.

- Before parking, check in at the hotel front desk to collect your parking pass and confirm your assigned space. The pass must remain displayed at all times; vehicles without a pass may be towed without notice. Assigned spaces may change.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.
If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
- After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.


NOTE:
This is a privately owned unit and independently managed by Vacation Rentals Waikiki. Thus we can add more of a personal touch to our guest relations.

At the same time, having no daily scheduled housekeeping services, we graciously ask that you help us in our endeavors to preserve our beautiful environment here in Hawaii.

We encourage the reuse of towels by hanging them to dry and limit waste of toiletry items.

Regardless, if you need to wash your swimwear and towels, please use the laundry area at the end of the hallway on each floor. Paper rolls and any other toiletry items can be purchased at the convenience stores nearby

Please do not use the beach towels provided in the unit as a mat on the sand, grass, or anywhere with tree branches or twigs.

Sand, twigs, and small branches can become embedded in the fabric and may not come out, making the towels impossible to clean properly.

If a beach towel becomes unusable due to this type of misuse, the replacement cost will be charged to the guest.

PENALTY & GUIDELINES:
1. Please be aware that it’s a non-smoking unit. If smoking occurs, the guest will be charged $500 for professional cleaning and deodorizing of walls, upholstery, drapes, and linens.

2. Hair dyeing is strictly prohibited inside the unit. Violation of this rule will result in a mandatory penalty replacement fee cost of $500 to cover any damages and or cleaning costs.

3. Check-out is at 10AM. Any late check-out will be charged the equivalent of a 1 night stay.


IMPORTANT – WAIKIKI NOISE NOTICE
This property is located in the heart of Waikiki, a busy urban area. Street, traffic, and other city noise may be heard at any time, including at night.
If you are sensitive to noise or require a quiet environment, we recommend choosing another location.
