The Space:

From your elevated perch in Waikiki Banyan, you can sip coffee in the breeze, watch the city come to life, and decide whether the day calls for beach time or exploring nearby shops and restaurants. The rhythm here is easy - beach walks, ocean air, and relaxed evenings above it all.
The space
This entire one-bedroom condo accommodates up to four guests and offers city skyline and mountain views, along with a glimpse of Diamond Head from the kitchen. The single-level layout provides a seamless flow between the living area, kitchen, and lanai, with no stairs inside the home. Elevator access and a private entrance make coming and going simple.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding panel door and features one queen bed and one full bed. In the living room, a reclining futon provides additional sleeping space. Extra pillows and blankets are available for added comfort.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, whether you’re starting the morning with coffee or winding down with dinner after a day out. A dining table offers space to gather, and the open layout keeps everyone connected.

The recreation deck at Waikiki Banyan is currently undergoing a complete transformation and is scheduled to officially reopen on May 18, 2026.
Once completed, this will be the largest recreation deck in Waikiki, entirely rebuilt with all-new amenities, landscaping, and furniture. The redesigned space will include:
