Overall, our stay was good. However, the room could use a deep cleaning despite being updated somewhat recent. First of, the vent in the bathroom was filled with over grown dust that could be a potential fire hazard and very bad look. The drapes leading to the outdoor patio is very dusty and somewhat moldy. There a smell of mold around, it could be the drapes as we saw some mold spots, or the dusty vents in the bathroom but we had to spray some deodorizer and alcohol to prevent the smell/odor. The couch could use some deep cleaning as well as everytime I sit on it, i get itchy, might have some bed bugs but it wasn’t distinct, i just avoided sitting on it. It is quiet in the room but when there’s outside traffic or outside noise can be heard in the room despite the the patio being closed. The AC isn’t blowing as cold despite being at 68 degrees. Overall, our trip was enjoyable.

Room was hot. Ants and cockroaches were in the room. No room service on our stay so I had to purchase extra towels and TP during my stay. Location was close to the beach but wouldn’t recommend to others

Great property - parking garage right so make sure your car is not lifted. Small suv and or sedans ok. Clean property. Great food options and shopping walking distance. Felt safe with the key faub security.

The property was located near anything and everything you would like to do. Beach, shopping, and dining. The only issue that I have is that the A/C was super noisy. The host did supply earplugs but who wants to sleep with earplugs on? Other than that room and location were great.

There was no housekeeping during our stay. I booked for 2 beds and was only given 1 bed and a sofa couch. When I reached out to let them know about the bed situation they did not respond but yet they texted me to tell me instructions on check out and to let them know what time I would be checking out because they wanted to know a time for housekeeper. If check out is at 11 then I will be leaving at 11. Pro it was walkable to Waikiki beach and other restaurants/stores and also free parking at stay.

I loved this place! Everything we needed was included in the kitchen! I loved that parking was included, and it was right in the heart of waikiki, so everything was super walkable. Will definitely be staying again!

I stayed here with my family of 3 in the Comfort suite and had no issues. It was very close to the waikiki beach and strip where you can find live performance by artists and lot of food and shopping option. ABC store just in front of it. Free parking is nice perk so if you want visit the waikiki beach you can just park to Hotel and walk. The check-in and checkout instructions are very clear. Overall amazing. Thanks !
