Dishes were dirty and no warning about the coffee maker that clearly over flows regularly by the mess I cleaned up in addition to mine. Some regular drinking glasses would be nice as well. Not really good for 3 adults. Pull out bed is old and not level.

Perfectly situated in Waikiki. The unit has everything you would need for a short or long stay. Front desk and other staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the pool. Host very responsive. We will come back to Oahu and hope to stay there again

I would totally stay here again! Having direct access to the beach was amazing and having shops nearby was a huge plus. Check in was a breeze and the host was friendly and communicative.

This is in a great spot & close to everything around Waikiki. We only had one big issue during our stay. Power was lost in our building & nobody came around to inform us of the issue. After using the contacts provided it still took some time to actually speak to someone. The outage lasted approximately from 3:30 am-6:30 pm which sucked as I had work to do while on vacation. The management team sent me an email stating that we’d receive a 75 refund to which we still haven’t seen yet. But besides that one issue. The place is really nice & cozy. We’d definitely give this place another try in the future. All in all, great location & nice lil room. The staff needs a bit more training on how to handle any future issues to get information to their guests.
