Loved the lanai and the ice machine right out my door. Every morning was spent sitting on the lanai drinking my coffee watching the surfers and the waves crash. Amazing views.

Old Mattress, uncomfortable Appliances dirty No water all week between 8am and 5pm due to repairs Reception, floors, walls, elevators, ceilings all under constructions, we were not told when making reservation... very unfair and non professional on this Workers and personnel nice and helpful Locatio. Unbelievable A great place one it is not longer rundown. I will love to co.e again when all fixes are done.

The room was filthy upon arrival and was very dirty with stuff. Before that I was lied to when I was checking in regarding a cleaning fee. Nothing was mentioned about that when I booked the room. I was also lied to about checking in when the hotel room was not available that I reserved for and paid in full when I booked the hotel room. The hotel employee said that I needed to speak with the third party to confirm my booking. It took over 4 hours for me to get a confirmation from them to be able to get access to my room.
