The room is small, but it's ok to me because the price is still attractive. However, the room has LOT of ants, and they came out during daytime and nighttime. Terrible. Worst was that the Water Tank had water leaking. Staffs say I kept the ON switch for too long. However, my experience was that the ON switch needed to be stay on for sometime to heat up the water. Once the water was hot enough, then, water started leaking. So, my experience was spending all my time to fight with the leaking which made my cloth wet and luggage wet. Staffs admitted that the water tank was damaged and should be replaced. Hence, this was a terrible experience.

We found bugs in our bed on our first night. We were met with attitude when we confronted the staff and reluctantly got an agreement for a refund when we mentioned the videos we have - A refund that I have not yet received. The sheets also had yellow stains and the general cleanliness was subpar. Location is good, but you can find better rooms, maybe without bugs.

Very Small Room and NO window. Very difficult to reach the manager. Doorbell didn’t work. Overall TERRIBLE. The worst hotel in HK. The manager is NOT FRIENDLY at all. She needs more help.

You get what you pay for

Good location, very convenient for bus routes MTR, and shops. The hotel rooms themselves are converted from a flat. Rooms are cramped, and poorly finished. The wallpaper was peeling in my room, and a very odd (obviously damp smell) coming from the walls. Ants were periodically marching through the room too. Disappointingly my bedding was never changed, just tidied. Fresh towels were provided, but toilet roll was never replenished. The TV was also insecurely fastened to the wall. Someone had also graffitied on the shower glass to complain about the room! I'm unsurprised the hotel was not very good due to the low price. However, some DIY, care and attention could really increase the overall stay of the people at the hotel

The whole 12 days was good service and good room. The cleaning has sometimes need to remind caretakers to change it for me. The place was very convenient, food, shopping and easy transportation. As the price what I paid that was what we got.

This is my third time staying at this hotel. I have a clean, comfortable room for a reasonable price that is located close to everything, and the MTR and buses are right around the corner. The staff was great, and it is located in a safe building.

I stayed for 28 nights, and once before for 9 nights. The hotel is located in a residential building and is safe, clean, and convenient. The staff was helpful and the room was clean and well maintained. The trains and buses are nearby and right in the middle of restaurants and shops. A great value.

Several issues: - The bathroom is shared with multiple hotel rooms, and was not listed - The hotel is not an actual hotel, but a single room within an apartment - The unit was infested with bugs - The room we checked in was being used as a storage room, as we found bug-infested belonging scattered all around the room - The place was dirty, and mold was found around the unit - Sheets were not clean - Charging ports did not work I can provide video/photo proof of all of the above.
