Room was clean and good size. Check in and room staff were courteous and efficient. Only thing is that the air condition was rather noisy. When there were parties at venues close to the hotel, the music and singing can be heard in the room which was annoying. Probably the windows are not soundproof.

The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes from The Star Ferry. Our room had a harbour view which was incredible and the room was spacious with a really comfortable bed.

I really enjoyed the convenient location — close to the ferry, bus terminals, and MTR. The king room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Housekeeping did a wonderful job throughout my stay, except for a small flaw at the very end. On the last day, my personal TV box remote—which I had placed on the linens—was accidentally sent to the laundry and could not be recovered despite the team’s efforts. This means my TV box is now unusable, which is quite disappointing. That said, the duty manager responded quickly, apologized in person, and later followed up with an offer of a complimentary room upgrade and breakfast on my next visit. I appreciate how seriously they took the matter and their willingness to make things right. I understand it was an honest mistake, and I simply hope housekeeping can be a bit more careful in the future. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay, and I appreciate the hotel’s effort to make up for the loss.
