The staffs are not friendly at all. Not even initially greet every guests, I always see them on the phone, I stay different hotel b4, this one is the worse so far. Maybe I’m not from China. Won’t stay there again. Although nice gym.

Terrible experience of this stay

This is my second time returning to stay in this hotel , The room that I stayed was terrible soundproofing basically I heard everything from another room in my room .The breakfast was disaster. The wonton noodle soup I ate had a bug inside until realized it I almost finished the soup . So I probably ate a bug ….. The most disappointed part was the restaurant manager attitude after I told her there’s a bug inside my soup she was just acting careless. Anyway . It’s a great location and new renovated hotel . Most of the staff are nice and helpful. But I definitely will not return to this hotel anymore. Overall: terrible soundproofing in this property. Breakfast menu hardly refresh . Restaurant staff need to improve.There’s no wheelchair access from the street to the hotel . That’s all!

This place was amazing. VIP treatment from the very start. The room was excellent. Very comfortable, clean, and plush. Just what I needed after a long flight. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Stayed for 3 nights. Newly renovated, love the design / travel journaling / a bit of retro theme of this hotel. Service was warm with personalized touches. Staff will open / close doors, greet every time we walked through lobby. Check in was not at the counter as staff would do the check in while we sat comfortably at the lobby with their welcome drinks. No old fashioned hotel info booklet. Hotel info could be accessed from TV menu or via phone by scanning QR code. You can then choose your pillow menu, request for additional FOC amenities (even chopping board and knife). There is a small FOC laundry room on the 5th floor. Detergent and bags provided. Very thoughtful. Very accessible. Less than 10mins from Causeway Bay MTR.
