Disappointingly sub-par!

Booked a family room and enjoyed the comfort, cleanliness and breakfast. Hotel located at the corner of a narrow slope street and near wet market. Front desk during checkout was smooth but was disappointed with staff when I requested assistance in getting a cab to the ferry terminal as it was raining and was told that there were other hotel guests ahead of me and I would be better off in contacting Uber myself to arrange transport. Of course I replied that I would if I have a local phone and contact number!

Conveniently located property for access to things in Central. Hotel is on the old side, but service is excellent. Housekeeping was inconsistent, but acceptable.
