This hotel is situated perfectly; it's close to restaurants and cafes, the MTR, yet the room was very quiet. The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms decoration is a bit outdated, but it was extremely clean and had everything we needed, even slippers and bathrobes. I would definitely stay here again!

The Hotel is in a great location, very near to the mid town escalators and it's easy to get to the water front through walkways. The staff were helpful and efficient. A negative point for me was a lack of power points in the room for charging devices. I could only find one power point in my room and that was at floor level and under a table.

The staff was incredibly helpful during our stay. From early check-in at 13h instead of 15h without extra cost, to calling the taxi company to make sure that the taxi that picked us up had octopus payment available. Also the small touches like when you walk in after a day in town a staff member will walk to the elevators to press the button already before you get there, that way the wait time is less. The location of the hotel is also good being in central and so close to the famous Lin Huang tea house. Definitely a value-for-money hotel with outstanding staff.
