Good location, shame about everything else

I went for a larger room with tables and chairs since I had to setup a new computer with my technically competent son. The room was fine and came with a complimentary min-bar, breakfast and a couple of free coffee coupons. Breakfast was extremely limited, as were the staff there...just one. I walked out after a sip of the coffee, and went to a cafe nearby. The coffee machine was no better. I returned all the coupons. Mini-bar very limited. Hotel is primarily focused on Mainland Chinese visitors so the TV setup was no good for English speakers. Very good location but bring your own entertainment and eat out. The mini bar, although free, was also boring and I got minimal value from that.

Great location, friendly service.

Third time I’ve stayed at Kew Green. I chose it mainly because of its ideal location in Wan Chai. The staff are super friendly and were able to allocate the same room as I stayed in previously.
