Sheung Wan is a good neighborhood to be based in for a visit to Hong Kong. There are plenty of lively restaurants within walking distance. Transportation is easy to downtown and the ferries. The breakfast buffet in the hotel is excellent and reasonably priced.

HK and China Trip

Nice hotel with very helpful staff. Check in was easy. Bar staff very good. Breakfast is ok but not great. I had a room with a harbour view which was very nice. It's in a good location a few stops away from Central. I got to Wan Chai and to/from Kowloon Station and to/from Airport very easily. The best MTR station is Sai Ying on the Island Line. Take exit A2 and turn right and it's about 5 minutes walk. A few bars and restaurants nearby and the harbour's edge, for a pleasant walk, is 2 minutes away. I would stay again.

Staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. They even have a weighing scale for tourist to weigh their luggage before heading to the airport, just in case it’s over the limit. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Despite they don’t have the coin laundry, there are laundry store next to the Manning store at the back street. They charged by weight at reasonable price. That solved my issue. Also found a microwave in the lobby as room didn’t have one. Food is good as they have buffet breakfast & welcome drink. Staff are nice & helping, including the cleaning lady. I will definitely return.

The staff are amazing especially the bar and restaurant. The bathrooms could do with some maintenance and deep cleaning. The mattress was extremely hard although they provided a topper this did not do much for us. It is in a great central location with MTR couple of mins walk, bus an tram outside the door.

Close to dining area, convenient stores, market, banks, trams, MTR & taxis, etc. Staff are very nice. I only found out now as I’ve several bookings but have trips in between, I can store luggages with them for free. That’s a big bonus. If they have self service for laundry, that would be even better. If their restaurant opening hrs are longer, that would help, too. Overall, we like the hotel & will certainly be back in future.
