Excellent communication from the hotel when I had previously requested early check-in as our flight arrives at 7 am. Although they said they couldn’t determine it until the day when we checked in, they did do their very best and we were able to check in three hours early at no extra cost. Room very spacious and clean. Good hotel and friendly stuff.

The room was good. The bell boys were great. The front desk was polite enough. The shutter service from the airport was poor. After a long flight, had to find the bus, then be expected to load my luggage on my own unerneath the bus, that was quite shocking. Wonderful location near HKG airport with free shuttles to airport and to nearby outlet shopping malls.. perfect for overnight layover. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only negative for us is the hotel needs updating… carpets are worn and walls showing chipped wood trimmings.
