Location is great, walking distance from Causeway Bay without the crowds. Right next to Electric Road which has lots of great restaurants, lunch spots and takeaway places. There is a lot of sound bleed between the rooms, we could hear the plumbing and people's conversations which made it hard to sleep sometimes. The mattresses were also covered in plastic beneath the sheet, I presume for longevity, but it made it hot and unpleasant to sleep.

The hotel manager took feedback very nicely. There was initially an issue with smell coming from the drains and toilet. They did something to fix that problem for me. Interior of the room was well maintained. The walls were thin though. During my visit, some other tourists were travelling in a large group and they were room hopping. I thought it was child screaming in the hall but it was a mature auntie screaming and talking loudly.
