My second visit to this hotel (fifth time in HK, first time I have stayed at the same hotel). It is in a great location for getting around, easy walking to some key tourist spots (Temple Street Night Market, Kowloon Park, and more), close to the MTR for getting to the islands, around Kowloon and into the New Territories. Plenty of smashing Eating places nearby and plenty of shops too!! The staff are always friendly and helpful. I will be back again!

Good location, helpful staff who spoke great English, there was also a food hall downstairs featuring cuisines from around the world. Walking distance to the shops, waterfront and Kowloon Park, and Jordan MTR station which will get you almost everywhere else. Our room was very small, so not suited to large people! The pool was amazing but kept really disappointing opening hours. I booked a hotel with a pool so I could do early morning swims before getting out and exploring but it didn’t open til 9:30AM which was hours after I needed it unfortunately.

I appreciate Eaton's ethos about sustainability and recycling efforts. The breakfast buffet has a great variety for a reasonable price. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the bar area but saw that it was cozy and would definitely try to visit next time. The outdoor space was also very nice and rare in this town.

Stayed at the Eaton twice within the space of two weeks. Great Hotel in HK. Good location on Nathan Road with access to transport and good places to eat nearby. Hotel rooms are great with good air con, clean, comfy beds and facilities. Booked a cabin room which is really modern. For the second leg of the trip, we arrived really early at the hotel to drop of luggage, and the staff allocated a room right away which was brilliant. Very happy overall and would definitely stay here again when next in HK.

The room is clean and with new remodel. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Staffs, especially the manager at the front desk, are very helpful. I will rebook this hotel next time when I visit HK.

Great hotel that is situated in a convenient location. We had the family room which fitted our family (2 adults and 12 and 9 year old children) comfortably. The rooms are clean and serviced every day. There is a small rooftop pool. There is a food court below which was great. We opted for breakfast to be included in our stay but also ate dinner there a few times.
