I stayed for 3 days. Never change towels or do any house keeping. After telling them I will stop payment on my credit card. They then send towels to me. Their reasoning is they are extremely short staffing. I stayed with them more than 100 hotel nights. They are really going downhill. Need to find another hotel in Hong Kong on my next trip. Too bad for a loyal customer.
