I didn’t like the fact that I asked for cost details to airport and I was given the most expensive options. I also did not like the fact that the staff was rude enough to talk about me in my face in the local language not knowing I fully understood what was being said. The room had a smell and they told me to turn up the a/c to avoid it

Nothing close to the review ratings, nothing like the pictures shown. No service, No help. The hotel said it never heard of the request of a vase for flowers! The front desk staff told me to buy a vase myself! That's not a 3.5-star hotel treats its guests! The housekeeping staff helped me by providing a trash can for my flowers, so that the flowers won't die off with no water. The front desk staff said the hotel cannot provide more than one trash per room. Actually, there are 2 trash cans in the room, one for the bed area, another for the bathroom! This Best Western is nothing like the one I stayed in London.

Unfortunately there were cockroaches in my room. Thankfully, the staff allowed me to live to another room that was slightly better, but still felt unclean. The building is old and musty, and not well maintained. I would not recommend this place.

Hong Kong is a crowded city on an island. So, having small room size is understandable. Good part was the check in staff gave me the room at 1130 instead of 2pm stipulated time. Not so good parts - many. Breakfast service was just about acceptable, not really good. In room amenities were none. The hotel claimed water bottles are banned as per govt regulations, which is so very difficult to understand.
