WINTER & MONTHLY STAYS
Florida's mild season is the best time to see manatees: they gather in the warm springs from November through March. The home is set up for longer stays with a workspace, laundry and a full kitchen.

BOATERS & ANGLERS
The community has its own boat ramp, so there's no waiting at public launches. Boat slips are available to rent for boats up to 26 ft. The Gulf is close for fishing and, in summer, scalloping. We'll provide a cooler and local tips — just bring your rods.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was as described. It was very clean and the host responded quickly to us with any questions or problems. We did have a couple issues with some of the appliances, but they were quickly taken care of. The beds were super comfortable. The biggest draw back for us was that the dining chairs and chairs in the living room were not comfortable, although they look great and match with the decor. All and all, would recommend a stay here.

We liked the area , great vibe, fun for a week. The house was nice well equipped and conveniently located. The host was very helpful. The dock was super easy to launch my boat from with a hose and water at he ramp for rinse off. I would defiantly return.

This house is exactly as advertised!! It’s decorated beautifully and feels cozy. The beds were very comfy and the showers were great! Plenty of towels and linens. We loved staying here! The neighborhood is in a great location to the springs and perfect if you have your boat! Will be back next year!

Amazing property

Was in town to see family was only able to stay a couple days hopefully longer next time. Home was even better than advertised. Clean, very well decorated, comfortable beds and very relaxing. Located in a very scenic but secure area. Would highly recommend.
