With a private dock, direct river access, 7 kayaks, screened-in outdoor living space, and a game room, this family-friendly home is the perfect base for exploring Homosassa Springs, scalloping, fishing, kayaking, boating, and the Gulf.

🚤 Private Dock & Boat Access

Bring your own boat and enjoy the convenience of a large private dock located directly behind the home.

* Guest boats may be docked at the property during your stay
* The dock has space for multiple boats
* No bridges between the home and Homosassa Springs or the Gulf
* Several public boat ramps are located just minutes from the property for launching your boat
* The boat lift is reserved exclusively for the owner’s boat
* The owner’s boat on the lift is not available for guest use
* Boat trailers are limited to one trailer in the driveway

- set AC to 77 degrees in warm months - place sheets and towels in the garage; leave comforters on bed -place trash cans on curb (fill green trash can first; trash gets picked up on Wednesday morning)

We come to Homosassa normally at least twice a year, I think this is our favorite house that we’ve rented! Everything looks just like the photos. The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and we loved the large kitchen. The dock had plenty of space for two boats. It is very close to the springs. The house had everything we needed & also had an ice machine that was very convenient, we would definitely stay again!

What a wonderful stay we had. Everything we needed was there and the place was very clean and tastefully decorated. The pool table was a great bonus for us. Saw so much wildlife including many manatee. It was great to be able to use the kayaks to explore the river. Kitchen was very large and well stocked. Bathrooms were a nice size with huge showers. We're looking forward to our next stay!

A Hidden Gem

I absolutely loved this place! It had everything you could think of—truly well-stocked and thoughtfully set up. Great location and an amazing home!

Stayed here this past Memorial Day weekend. House was very clean and had a great set up! Very close to the spring by boat and the home was well maintained. Definitely a repeat spot to stay!
