Liked: Cleanliness, communication
Clean and big enough, but the property was for sale and had not been properly loved or cared for. Cleaning was excellent, but some things in and on the house were broken or fiddly and sub par. Some windows the hinges were broken and they would not open or were open and did not close, front door lock was at times very difficult to open or close, one bed was broken(?) and was leaning and the mattress was rock hard, living room door could not open all the was as it was catching on the floor, paving on the foot paths around the house was loose... all stuff that could have easily been fixed with a bit of attention and care.
