The beautiful sandy cove Porth Dafarch is a mile away and just beyond a fine selection of pubs, shops and restaurants in Trearddur Bay.

The bustling port of Holyhead, for day trips to Ireland, is a short drive. Golf, fishing, sailing, pony trekking and the Snowdonia National Park are all easily accessible, as are Conwy, Caernarfon and Beaumaris castles. The location was brilliant for scenery and views.

The location was brilliant for scenery and views. The hot tub was perfect too. If there was a downside I would say the heating was too low for us and cold in an evening. Overall I would recommend its a beautiful setting

Beautiful cottage, clean, comfortable and spacious with amazing views and the hot tub was perfect for sitting out under the stars or just taking in the views. Lovely walks straight from the door or if you’re willing to drive there are some stunning coastal walks and beaches nearby. The only reason I have given a 4 for equipment was that it could do with some more cooking equipment ie some baking trays, but that is minor in the scheme of things.
