A few metres down the road you will find a footpath with direct access to the mountain with many hiking trails to the east towards Sweden. A short drive takes you to the Ålen ski centre, a great and versatile alpine resort with well-groomed slopes, separate children's slope, forest slopes, freestyle park and restaurant.
