Completely renovated in 2025 — new kitchen, updated bathrooms, fresh coastal palette, and new furnishings throughout. Swept Away B is a ground-level Holmes Beach vacation rental with a private fenced heated pool exclusively for unit guests, an EV charger built in at no extra fee, and a 6-minute walk to the beach.

The private fenced pool is for the exclusive use of Swept Away B guests — fully enclosed for privacy and security. The outdoor grill and patio make the pool deck a complete outdoor entertaining space for evenings after the beach.
Two bedrooms sleep six. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk — the right configuration for families with kids or two guests who want their own sleeping level. The living room queen sleeper sofa handles the sixth guest. Two full bathrooms. In-unit washer and dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and stocked for meals at home. High-speed WiFi. Keyless entry. Central AC throughout.
A beach cart and chairs are provided for the 6-minute walk to the Gulf. The free AMI trolley stops nearby for exploring the island without a car.
Swept Away B requires a one-week minimum stay with parking for two vehicles. Not pet-friendly.

The property was as lovely as it presented in the listing photographs and there were many personal touches that one could only appreciate as an occupant. A lot of rentals fall short in the kitchen department, but when was the last time you rented a property with a waffle maker. The kitchen was the most well stocked that we have enjoyed in a vacation rental. In addition, the appliances were spotless as was the entire home. The pool was perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach and the owners turned on the heater as an accommodation to us which was appreciated. It was only a seven-minute walk to Holmes Beach which we would rank up there with the best and we are from St. Petersburg where there are many. The property is also walkable to a number of restaurants and bars with a variety of offerings. Lastly, I would add that we made good use of the propane firepit which extended our days outside.

My attendance at this home says it all. I've stayed 3 times this year alone. It's everything you could want or hope for. All the amenities, close to beach, and the house is just PERFECT! If you going to AMI, this is the place to stay. Love it.

Absolute AMI perfection

We took a chance on this property even though it had 0 reviews and we're SO GLAD we did! The place was the perfect size for our family of four (with two boys ages 4 and 6) - the renovations were beautiful, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast and lunch daily, the whole place was clean, and the bathrooms with rain showers were immaculate. The house was located within walking distance to shops and restaurants and also Holmes beach. They provided a beach cart with chairs, beach toys to build sandcastles, a cooler, and towels. We also spent our afternoons in the heated pool in the beautifully landscaped backyard. The attention to detail in this place was impressive - from the bathroom drawers with organizers, to the hangers in closets, down to the stones in the backyard that didn't get too hot for barefeet (esp in the Florida sun!) Highly recommend this place for couples or small families to enjoy Anna Maria Island!
